Connect - Missing call data
We’ve been made aware of an issue which affects the accuracy of your call metrics. This issue started yesterday, Tuesday 22 July, at midday. Any calls handled yesterday afternoon and today will not show correctly on your dashboards and reports.
Our technical team is investigating the root cause of the issue to identify a fix. We appreciate how important this data is to you and we apologise for any disruption this issue has caused.
